Anthony W. Russo is a 1991 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law. He also received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Hofstra. Prior to becoming associated with our firm in 1995, Mr. Russo was associated for several years with a large New York City defense firm. Mr. Russo has extensive experience in all aspects of defense litigation, with an emphasis on Labor Law actions, coverage matters, and lead poisoning claims.

Peter F. Tamigi is a 1988 graduate of St. John's University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the School's Journal of Legal Commentary. Prior to entering private practice in 1990, Mr. Tamigi was a law clerk to the Honorable Edward D. Re, Chief Judge, United States Court of International Trade. After his federal clerkship, Mr. Tamigi spent five years with a New York City defense firm concentrating on complex products liability litigation.

Alan J. Reardon is a 1970 graduate of St. John's University School of Law. In 1978 he earned an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. Mr. Reardon's practice of law has encompassed all aspects of insurance defense litigation, with particular emphasis on the defense of Section 1983 claims. In addition, he has substantial experience in civil trials and arbitrations. Mr. Reardon has also served for some time as a village judge in Nassau County.

Jeffrey M. Burkhoff is a 1993 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. Since graduation, he has worked solely in the negligence defense field specializing in Labor Law actions and related insurance coverage issues.

James F. Diviney is a 1988 graduate of St. John's University School of Law. After graduation, Mr. Diviney accepted a position with the Nassau County Attorney's Office where he handled a variety of claims asserted against the County. He is experienced in all aspects of defense litigation and, in particular, claims against municipalities.

John T. Pieret is a 1974 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, followed by three years service in The United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps finishing as the Chief Defense Counsel for Fort Dix. Upon returning to civilian life, he gained broad experience in the field of insurance defense, including serving as a staff counsel for Empire Mutual Insurance Company and as an associate in firms representing dozens of carriers, large and small. His experience includes representation of many professional clients, including architects, attorneys, engineers, dentists and nurses. He has handled numerous complex actions in the areas of construction, contracts, labor law, malpractice, insurance coverage issues, and premises liability.

Arnold Stream graduated from New York Law School cum laude in 1980, and then served for five years as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York in the Tort and Appeals Divisions. Since entering the private sector, Mr. Stream's areas of specialization include appeals, insurance coverage, and complex litigation. He has been a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Courts of Appellate Jurisdiction and Committee on Tort Reparations.
